SwimmingFrom preschool to advanced levels, the lessons offered to interested applicants are based on the curriculum of Lifesaving Society's Swim for Life.
For those who are interested in a lifeguard or a swim instructor position, jobs are available with a competitive wage, course & fitness membership discounts, and character building are a few of its perks.
Fitness CentresIf you need a place to sweat it out, the fitness centre offers the following: cycling studio, indoor track, racquetball court, sauna, squash courts, swimming pool, and whirlpool.
CampsRegardless of your race, culture, or even disability, summer camps are available where you can feel safe, secured, and be nurtured and encouraged to learn & be creative & be confident, experience new things, develop maturity, independence, leadership, and understand the importance of teamwork.
Skating & HockeyFor those who do not like sweating it out in the gym, you can also do the same thing by skating or playing hockey in the rink.
